    Trip type: 
    Food quality was inconsistent and took over an hour to get a sandwich when we were only 4 people in restaurant. We booked 16 days and had to leave after 9 days because hotel services were not tolerable. We were told we would have to pay $560 cancellation fee. Manager argued that we must have purchased on internet or others like that. I explained that we purchased on Radisson Summit site and he then explained that that's just the way it is. After 20 minutes of discussion and him checking records to see that we had stayed there on business before he agreed to make this one time exception. Similar experience with food that was poor quality or did not arrive. If you stay here get used to a big smile from employees and then nicely saying sorry that's the way we do it.
