As part of our commitment to provide our guests with exceptional customer service, we do have a dedicated Manager on Duty 24-hours per day in addition to our Guest Services Team Members, who are empowered to handle any guest concern in conjunction with our "Yes I Can" service philosophy. I have reviewed your concerns with our team, I understand that your difficulty at check-in related to not having the proper requirements for check-in (valid credit card & Government Issued ID - Passport or Driver's Licence). I am glad to see that our guest services team were able to assist you in the end in getting checked in and also helped you up to your room with your baggage.
