Pictures on web and ratings were misleading. This is a 3 out of 5 max. While clean, old. Wallpaper, ceilings, color schemes, carpeting, HVAC, etc. HVAC very noisy. Front desk staff so-so. Friendly but not super effective. Asked about attractions, one lady couldn't even think of the Liberty Bell. She said we could "shop at the big mall." When I mentioned that the coffee and hot chocolate we empty it seemed they could not care less or be bothered. This should be available all day until 9pm. Bathroom ventilation allows odors and smoke to come in from other rooms. Every night at around 10 pm we had cigarette smoke and marijuana smoke come in even though hotel told me it is entirely non-smoking. Chris the HVAC tech was very nice and resolved our issue (someone disconnected the internal wire for the HVAC). The computers for guest use say they clear out personal info when you timeout or logout. This is NOT the case. The computer needed to be restarted. I had to pull the plug to do this.
