    We were well looked after from the moment we arrived. Unfortunately we had some cargo on the roof of our vehicle so we could not fit in the Radisson parking but we were recommended to park in the public lot just down the street. When we had arrived we were informed that the restuarant was closed for renovations but that we were able to order from a select menu on the 12th floor lounge and as in-room service. We were unfortunately forced to stay an extra night when Winnipeg experienced blowing snow closing the highways out of the city. But, we enjoyed every minute. We did have to switch rooms twice as the heaters on the one side of the building were either broken or unable to keep up to the wind that was cooling the air off the windows in the room. Our rooms were very, very clean and comfortable. The beds were great. Pet friendly and we had zero issues with having our dog with us on the trip ! We cannot say enough about Angie who made our stay so very comfortable. Our pet fee was waived both nights as Angie was apologizing about our inconveniences, which to us wasn't an issue at all. But we thank Angie for the waiving of the pet fee AND for the wonderful Starbucks in the morning! What a treat! Cannot say enough about our stay at the Radisson, and thanks for the hug Angie! You are a wonderful person!

    See previous comments! Walkway from hotel to mts center was not working! No government rate! Ice machine was out of order when we checked in and same when we checked out the next day! I checked off for a lower room, and we were given the 17th floor! Restaurant and bar were closed and in repair! No continental, or complimentary breakfast!
