The room was clean and stocked. The pillows were nice, but the bed was a sleep number. it was uncomfortable...at any number. It was rubbery feeling. Maybe it's old. Other sleep numbers didn't suck this bad. My biggest problem was that the TV was old and did not have an HDMI connection to allow me to connect my laptop for work. It completely ruined my stay and I contemplated leaving that night. The next huge issue is the service in the restaurant was horrible. I prepaid for 2 breakfasts for each of the 2 mornings we were there. The first morning, we sat at the table for 10 minutes prior to someone coming for our drink order. From there it was another 10 minutes before we received our drinks. The next morning I awoke to a statement on my door with a charge for the breakfast that I had prepaid for. The next morning, we it was a 5 minute wait before someone came to seat us. After almost another 10 minutes with no drinks, I grabbed Alberto. Alberto was excellent. He made sure we had everything we needed. He go the extra charge for the previous morning's breakfast, but as soon as check out came, I found that even with my extra effort, I had been charged again for that mornings breakfast as well. I had thought that 2 pm check out included in my breakfast package but it was not listed at check in. The desk clerk graciously included it in my stay by writing it at the top of my stay sheet. Upon check out, the clerk brought up several times that standard check out is noon (I believe) and I should be charged another $20 or $25 plus tax for my additional time, but he wasn't going to add it. I told him it had already been given to me so him not adding it was not a favor, but he still wanted to bring it up a few more times. The bathroom appeared nice, but it had been sloppily remodeled. The ceiling appeared to have water/mold damage that was in need of repair or poorly repaired. Hard to tell. The shower had wall heads but the pressure was not strong enough to use them. The Jacuzzi was nice. I would look very hard before choosing to stay at very least, that specific Radisson again. Based on the array of positive experiences I've had at other hotels, it may be in my best interest to avoid Radisson all together.StayedDecember 2016Review collected in partnership with this hotelJanuary 04, 2017Thank you for your feedback. Pool was nice also, albeit cold. So all-in-all worth it if not looking for any real extras. Staff was nice, tried to help, but not really useful.
