    The staff is polite and their service lends to your overall experience. this time in enjoyed my stay and i encourage others to experience the hotel. the pool is amazing. The restaurant buffet was diverse and i was afforded the opportunity to tickle my taste buds. For breakfast, in always enjoy breakfast at Raddisson. I been there many times and I will continue to go.

    the ambiance of the main lobby was nice.. the room was good but needed a few improvements...the bathroom was well fitted with a bath tub, shower, hairdryer and a good variety of towels together with toiletries such as shampoo, bath soap ans lotion. However, you will need to walk with your own toothpaste. The room has a coffee/tea maker,iron board, iron, clothes racks,etc. There is no balcony on any room, however, there is a nice city view.The buffet breakfast was AWESOME!!! A wide variety to choose from and catered for both adults and kids. Generally, a comfortable stay with a very courteous staff which buffered the minor issues in the room.

    Once you walk into the lobby of this hotel, you get the impression that you're entering a 4.5 star hotel. But once you leave the main floor and arrive at your designated floor (mine was the 7th floor) you quickly get the feeling that this is no more than a 3 - 3.5 star hotel. Staff was good and friendly.
