    Not only was the room over-priced, but the hotel tacked on an additional $17/day for parking. You have to buy the parking because there is no street parking in the neighborhood. Room service was too busy to respond to our request for Friday morning breakfast. We saw 2 employees park in good spots in the parking garage-terrible. 3 of 4 elevators were functional. There was a sign saying "We are working on it", but we never saw any technicians working on the elevators.

    I have been to this hotel several times over the years on business.The room was ok and the front desk staff was friendly. This time was a Tuesday night. I arrived at 8:00 pm with a group of 4 and we went to get some food at the Legends Bar and Grill in the hotel. The experience of getting our drinks was some slow and confusing that we decided to eat out elsewhere . The restaurant area was closed but the bartender suggested they would serve us in the bar. We ordered drinks which took a bit of time while they scrambled to find a waiter for us. The house wine was skunky and they did not have some standard liquor.

    went there for a conference. felt as staff couldn't be bothered, not welcoming or congenial. elevators were unreliable, room mediocre and needed a serious upgrade, torn/ripped chairs should have been replaced long ago. Glad only to spend minimal time in the room as the conference was lengthy. Room was not comfortable. Average to mediocre at best. And bring your own robe too. Check dishes in the restaurant before using them - many were not clean ( buffet)
