You have to buy the parking because there is no street parking in the neighborhood. Room service was too busy to respond to our request for Friday morning breakfast. We saw 2 employees park in good spots in the parking garage-terrible. 3 of 4 elevators were functional. This time was a Tuesday night. I arrived at 8:00 pm with a group of 4 and we went to get some food at the Legends Bar and Grill in the hotel. The experience of getting our drinks was some slow and confusing that we decided to eat out elsewhere . The restaurant area was closed but the bartender suggested they would serve us in the bar. We ordered drinks which took a bit of time while they scrambled to find a waiter for us. Glad only to spend minimal time in the room as the conference was lengthy. Room was not comfortable. Average to mediocre at best. And bring your own robe too.
