    Staff was nice however being in between 3 busses of teenagers was way too noisy to get any sleep. beds were on adjoining walls and someone was having a great night without parents consent I'm sure....needless to say my bed kept moving through the walls and I had to ask security to finally come up

    Dear Julie, Thank you for taking the time to review our property. I am very disappointed to hear about your experience on your recent stay. Guest comfort and satisfaction are of the utmost concern to us and our hotel is committed to making every possible effort to provide comfortable, relaxing and friendly accommodations. However, it seems that we were not able to execute an exemplary hotel stay experience due to the group in house. We try our best to ensure all guests have a great stay and undisturbed sleep. Room change is one of the alternative solutions we use to offer unfortunately, we were unable to do it for some reason. Please accept our sincere apologies for falling short of your expectations. I would like the opportunity to discuss further so I can work with my team to ensure we do not make the same mistakes in the future.     I came home with many bite marks from sleeping in their beds. The rooms were adequate spacing, and front desk staff was excellent. Housekeeping couldn't speak, nor understand English very well, so you find yourself repeating yourself several times. The Bistro was pretty decent, and guest seem to enjoy the night life there.

    Dear Charlotte, I am sorry to read that you have departed us with your expectations not being met and sincerely apologize for any discomfort you may have experienced during your stay with us. We did have the room inspected and found no evidence of activity in the room. Rest assured, our hotel participates in a routine pest control program.
