    I’ve already filled out the survey, and that says enough. The room smelled like mold and damp towels. The shower had no water pressure. We had a rushed wedding to attend, so I didn’t have time to sort out a new room at the hotel.

We are saddened to hear about the issue you had regarding the cleanliness of your room and that the shower's water pressure might not be on its best state during the time of your stay.
