    Stayed at the Radisson once again as is our custom when we fly out of the SLC airport. The hotel is clean and the staff are always great. We love that our car in under covered parking and that we don't have to deal with a snow covered car on our return!

    Multitude of reasons. BAD BAD BAD. Totally not what I was expecting when I paid USD150 for a 4-star Radisson hotel for 1 night for 2 pax. Felt worse than a 1-star. 1. Given a room that was not tidied (pillows on the floor, bedsheets not done, etc) 2. Given a replacement room that was not tidied too. 3. FINALLY, given a room that was tidied, but the air-con was not working at all 4. Couldn't use the room phone to call the concierge because the phone was not working 5. Went down to concierge myself, apparently whole hotel's air-con was not working except at the lobby. Apparently the main air-con pipe had burst. 6. Offered another replacement room but the keycard was not working 7. Witnessed 4 other guests whose keycards were not working too 8. Requested for a standing fan but the hotel did not have any 9. Slept in a room that was very hot and had no wind the whole night (75+F) 10. Towel rack broke off the wall causing towels to drop into the toilet bowl in the morning. My main issue with the hotel and their staff was the poor handling of the situation. I am not blaming the hotel for the main air-con pipe bursting. I understand that it happens sometimes. But surely they could have done better in ensuring that the guests are still comfortable.
