The shuttle service to the airport was excellent and efficient. Very easy. The hotel itself shows some wear and tear, especially the elevator, but the lobby, etc., are up to date. The present management has some renovations in progress which are not an inconvenience. All we wanted was a clean, nice, cool hotel after a long trip. It was anything but that. The hotel looked like it hadn't been updated since the 80's. It was very shabby looking and to top it off the air conditioning was not working throughout the hotel. Unacceptable.
