    Staff was very friendly and greeted us as soon as we walked in. Rooms were clean and beds are comfortable. We felt safe and at home. Breakfast had a variety to choose from. We would absolutely stay here again.

The all you can eat breakfast in the morning and the great pool and fitness amenities make this property a great treat in the Rancho Bernardo Area.     I was not there at all during the 3-night stay that I had there since I was there to attend my niece and nephew's graduation. Despite the fact that I left at 7 am and returned back to the room around 11 pm, my room was not cleaned at all. When I inquired with the front staff, they told me that it

    Dear Keelie r, Thank you so much for staying with us at Radisson Rancho Bernard, I hope you had a great time attending your Niece and Nephew's graduation. I am so sorry to hear that your room was not cleaned in a timely manner. I would like to speak with you and know about what may have happened, We clean our guest rooms daily unless notified by the guest either in person or if you utilize the Do Not Disturb sign that can be placed on your door. I am not sure if this was the issue, but we pride ourselves on providing large spacious rooms that are cleaned and presented to our guests in a relaxing and enjoyable way.
