    We decided to take a quick 1 day family trip to Chicago. It was a very busy weekend and all of the hotels in the city was completely booked or OVERLY priced. We decided to stay in the suburbs and booked in Schaumburg. After doing a lot of research and reading reviews, we finally decided on booking with Radisson. I rated this property poorly because of their staff. They were unprofessional and incompetent. Long story short, we checked in late. I even called to confirm earlier in the day if late check in was ok. The gentleman I spoke with was the SAME person who helped me when we checked in. I reserved a two queen bed and received a one king bed. He never bothered to tell me when we checked in that he switched our room. Anyway, after a long conversation...we finally got the room we had originally booked for. My issue was why didn't he check or confirm with me when I called about late check in...or maybe tell me when I checked in that you changed my reservation?? And, to add insult to injury, he had the audacity to ask if we used the room...i mean what do you think we could do to a room in 5 mins? I literally went from your lobby to the WRONG room and came back downstairs. Hopefully, he asked Housekeeping to go back upstairs to check it before assigned it to another guest. (EYES ROLLING) So, next day... we check out, the girl at the front desk looked like she had other places she'd rather be. I told her I was checking out of my room and asked for my receipt to be emailed to me. Seriously, that one request looked like such an inconvenience for her to do! Her nails were so long and she obviously needed to do a fill but didn't have time so she covered it with black nail polish and they looked RATCHET AF...she could barely type...and I never received my email. LOL Anyway, we stayed at this property less than 12 hours. Our room was very clean...so the housekeeping crew is the only part of this hotel that I would give kudos to. The beds were comfortable but pillows were not. We didn't stay long enough to use the pool or eat there. The location of the hotel was good...about a 10 min drive to Woodfield Mall and lots of good restaurants in the area.

    My room wasn’t ready when I arrived at 430 my sheets were blood stained I was offered dirty sheets tht were dropped on the floor in the lobby I was informed by I guest that was very nice tht the police was called on me saying I harassed the worker smh pls pull the camera in the lobby 07/20/2018 1am/ 230am

    Beautiful hotel with excellent staff. Best value for the price. Pleasantly surprised at the condition of the hotel and friendliness of the staff. The breakfast was a surprise because it was a full healthy breakfast which really save us time. I would recommend to anyone in the area.
