    We stayed for the location. Pick the Hilton instead, only a little farther from Scranton U. This place should be beautiful, instead, dirt, dust, cobwebs actually dim every chandelier. The room heaters reflect the age of the place, screaming at you every 14 minutes when they come on. No comp breakfast. If you have kids, you need comp breakfast. Not for younger family.

    Hello Barbara, Thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay with us. We apologize you were not 100% satisfied with the condition of the hotel during your stay. We recently completed a full renovation of our guest rooms, Grand Ballroom, and lobby areas. We are thrilled with the results and very proud of our hard work - I am so sorry that this was not reflected in your experience with us. Cleanliness is a top priority of the hotel and your suggestions will be used to consider improvements in the future. We hope to see you soon!
