    Bugs in the room, hair on the bathroom floor, and a hole in the ceiling was just the beginning. Housekeeping only came once during a 4 day stay. Breakfast was supposed to be served until 11, but was gone at 9:30, and the cleaned up at 9:47. There were parties in the lobby both Friday and Saturday nights. Friday the parking lot, road, and entrance to the hotel were filled with cars (People who didn't stay at the hotel). Saturday the police responded to a disturbance outside the lobby. The check out lady was wonderful, but honestly, stay somewhere else.

I apologize our staff didn't exude the yes I can attitude and fix your issues immediately and I will be addressing this personally.
