Our experience was less than stellar to say the least. Requests went undelivered and front desk staff treated one of our members like a common thief because of an error made by themselves. We are working diligently to correct these issues and I appreciate that you brought them to my attention. I have discussed with all of my guest services staff the importance of resolving concerns in real time. I have asked them to call me directly if they are unsure of how to handle issues that arise. Unfortunately this didn't happen during your stay and I feel that we failed you as a guest into our house.
