A wide variety of meeting rooms with flexible setup configurations are available to ensure that your event is successful and memorable. Host conferences and cocktails in the Admiral Ballroom, or reserve the outdoor patio to impress guests with sweeping views of the harbour and the city’s skyline. As always, our helpful staff is on hand to help you with all your planning needs.

This fifth-floor venue is named for its incredible view of Ontario’s Inner Harbour. Planners often choose the View for wedding receptions, corporate dinners and other elegant events.

Watermark is a snug meeting space that is perfect for standing receptions. This room is often used in conjunction with the Watermark Lounge.

Watermark Lounge

Stationed on the fifth floor of our hotel, the Watermark Lounge offers eight-foot ceilings and plenty of space for standing receptions.

North Pool Patio - SPLASH

Whether you’re planning a corporate pool party or an outdoor wedding reception, reserve our North Pool Patio. Green foliage gives the space a great natural ambiance, and you can take in breathtaking views of the Inner Harbour.

South Pool Patio - SPLASH
Capacity: 170

The South Pool Patio is one of our two outdoor spaces and offers cabanas so your guests can escape the sun. The area accommodates several round tables for sit-down dinners as well as multiple cocktail tables for a poolside reception.

Rain Dance

Our Rain Dance room is designed for an array of event types and measures 36 feet by 22 feet. It also offers an abstract mural and fantastic interior views of our hotel’s grand Admiral staircase.

A quiet space located on the fourth floor, the Rainbow room offers a perfect spot for business meetings. The Rainbow provides access to a small foyer that can be used for breakout sessions and training sessions. You may also utilise the adjacent Le Gourmet serving space to host working lunches.

Easily accessible from our grand Admiral staircase and situated by our hotel’s business centre, the Windsong meeting space is great for corporate events.

Water’s Edge

Only steps away from our grand Admiral staircase, the Water’s Edge event area is ideal for board meetings and corporate brainstorming sessions.

4th Floor Foyer
Capacity: 100

Our hotel’s 4th Floor Foyer, also referred to as Le Gourmet, features a full-size refrigerator, an industrial-size coffeemaker and a serving counter for food preparation. Event planners love this space for its white tile backsplash and chalk-like murals of a French café.

Admiral Ballroom
Approximate size: 3,151 ft2 | Capacity: 400

Our hotel’s most impressive meeting space, the third-floor Admiral Ballroom boasts 13-foot ceilings and a bright foyer area that is perfect for registrations, exhibitions, receptions and buffet service. For more intimate gatherings, you can split the space into two mid-size salons.

Admiral Foyer

Located on the third floor, the Admiral Foyer features eight-foot ceilings and plenty of space for registrations, receptions and exhibitions. This area is best used in conjunction with the adjacent Admiral Ballroom.

Hospitality Suites

Reserve one of our three Hospitality Suites to host corporate think-tank sessions or intimate celebrations. Two of our suites feature a pair of queen beds, and the third suite offers one queen bed, a boardroom table, a large dining area and a fireplace.

The Atrium is an integral part of our second-floor conference centre, offering dual drop-down projection screens, a ceiling-mounted sound system and multiple electrical outlets. This event venue is ideal for panel discussions, standing receptions and intimate film screenings.

Atrium Foyer

Before hosting a business or social event in the Atrium, invite your guests to a standing reception in the connecting foyer. Set up covered cocktail tables for an understated yet elegant pre-function area.

A wall-to-wall mural provides a beautiful backdrop to your business conference in our Retreat boardroom. This professional space is located just off the atrium in our second-floor conference centre, which makes it easy to access for guests attending other events at our hotel.

This state-of-the-art boardroom adjoins the Retreat room in our second-floor conference centre. While you give a presentation using the wall-mounted smart screen, your guests can connect their laptops to the tabletop plug-ins and follow along with ease.
