Checked in a little after 8pm with no issue, just a little bit of a wait since there were other guests, about 10 minute wait. Staff were friendly and clear about what we were getting and they had our reservation, knowing we were going to Sesame Place, they had a little gift bag for us which was a pleasant surprise. Hotel is near 95 and about 20-30 minutes from any other attraction in the philadephia area. I also took the chance to go to Philly Zoo. There was a wawa literally right next door which makes grabbing snack and other small item easy. My room was very clean and cozy. Size was just right for a stay. Hotel was quest and they had a nice pool that you could just relax by. Overall I will go again and will consider other radissson.StayedJuly 2017Review collected in partnership with this hotel

We didn't ask to change our room because we assumed other rooms will smell similar. The odor was like cleaning agent/fungus. The check-in process took a good 20+ minutes. Way longer than anybody expects at a hotel. One has the feeling of being in a very good hotel, but my room was not at all well maintained, multiple issues but the main being the door knob came off in my hand and the in room phone did not work at all. Staff ranges from extremely inexperienced to very saavy. The maids let themselves in with a key at 10am even though I had been confirmed a late check out at 1pm, I was in the room at the time and not ready for strangers to walk in on me. Overall communication in this hotel is poor and be ready for accounting mistakes on check out.
