Most visits have been issue-free, although there was a hot water issue on this visit. Check-in was friendly and helpful, although check-out could have been better. The morning gentlemen did not have any sympathy or concern for my cold shower. I did not even complain, I only said (at my 4:30am check-out), "There was no hot water. You might want to have that looked at before the people around me get up." They do not open their restaurant if they don't feel like it and when they do, they only serve a limited menu. The rooms are small and horribly laid out. You have to go across the hall to get a towel, dripping all the way, to dry your hands with when you wash them in the sink. It was the Radisson at the TF Green Airport. They told me that students at Johnson and Wales run it. And they did a fantastic job. Friendly, courteous and willing to help with everything.
