    I was staying at the Radisson for a business conference from June 6-9. Unfortunately, our stay was marred by a series of mis-steps on the part of the hotel. At a banquet on the first night of my stay there, we were served with spoilt milk for our coffee and the waitress had to replace our coffee after we complained. One of our colleagues had reserved six rooms in her name to beat the deadline for the early bird with the clear understanding that the bill was to be in our individual names at check-out. We made this very clear to the front desk staff at check-in. But when I received the bill, it was still in my colleague's name. Also, one of my colleagues is a Muslim and no halal food was provided to him for the first day of our stay and he had to go vegetarian. Our stay was simply not delightful.

    Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your recent stay with us. I would like to apologize for the issues you incurred while here. I will address your culinary concerns with our team and your billing concerns with our Front desk team. Your requests were very simple and I am not sure why we could not accomdate you. We appreciate your feedback, although not very positive, as it gives us an opportunity to improve and better meet our guest's expectations. Sincerely

    Thumbs up to a wonderful time in Winnipeg! Everyone we met was a breath of fresh air - the friendliest. Next time we come to Winnipeg, we’d definitely stay at the Raddison-very friendly staff and centrally located.
